My childhood prayer to have wings, so that I can fly far away
And sure I did fly, when I got my own flying machine
Through the dusty village roads to the open highway
It is my time machine, a door between things known and things unknown
It moves me from daily humdrums of life to unknown adventure
My own grey day dream space where memory meets inspiration
Riding under blue sky, sun in my open
mouth
I can hear the song the wind sings and
see the mystery of world as unfolds
I ride not to escape but to confront
my demons
I see new faces on the road, some happy,
some sad and some nonchalant
Everyone has a story to tell of the magnificent
worlds inside them
In those thousand faces sometimes I
even encounter myself
Through the snowy mountain tracks to
the elegant beach roads
Through the city potholes to lush
green villages paths
I ride not for destination but for the
truth that we all seek
Sometimes under the angry sun,
sometimes through the moody monsoon
Sometimes through the rough winter and
sometimes through pleasant autumn
Seasons come and go as wheels of my
bike keep rolling and never stop
To see the morning sun when it rises
from the sea or simply ride on hill curves
To drink tea at tea-shop by highway
side or to cruise on the night road
When I ride every moment brings an
opportunity to explore
I understand life better as I ride on
the two-wheels
The front one for the future and rear
one for the past
And whistling eternal
freedom-song I ride happily through my life
Beautifully composed...I copy "I understand life better as I ride on the two-wheels
